My work is informed by memories and stories. I look to incorporate and encapsulate these in order to inspire and define their wearer. Much of my inspiration comes from my travels in India and recent visits to Venice and Sicily together with the natural world, particularly pebbles and fossils which remind me of childhood holidays on the Isle of Wight and the Jurassic coast.

I am a qualified Goldsmith and fine jeweller, with many years of experience, specialising in jewellery design and creation, repairs, alterations, re-modelling, including the re-use of metals and the re-setting of stones, and individual bespoke commissions.

Gabriella Sellors signature is the texturing of metal surfaces, either by planishing or by rollprinting with various materials. Chains are what she loves doing mostly, each link individually made and each chain totally unique.

I originally trained as a Calligrapher at Cambridge Art School and did my Diploma at The Central School of Art London. I worked professionally for 10 years, before moving and having a family, after which I retrained as a jeweller. I work in both gold and silver, my main interest is in linear designs, following on from my previous career. I enjoy forging and shaping metal to my designs; recently I have added a new range of jewellery, fusing gold onto silver, using the ancient Korean art of Keum Bo, which has inspired many new designs.
